Again, the video appears to be manipulated and like most videos like this of very little evidential value. Remember, any video submitted for evidence
will be scrutinized for intentional rending, and would be considered evidence tampering if it was proven.
The FBI's technology on processing digital video is a closely guarded procedure. Persons are forewarned that if the laboratory finds evidence of
rending-the person submitting the video will get a felony charge-no the person who actually manipulated it.
When this is explained most, if not all, remove the video for examination.
