You can just picture the kinds of conversations terrorists would be having in chat rooms,

Bin Laughin': Have you secured the vessel?

On Safari: No, great one. The plot is foiled.

Bin Laughin': How can this be?

On Safari: The infidels are not fighting fair. They keep raising the bid on Ebay for the dirty suitcase.

Bin Laughin': But what of the other one?

On Safari: It was damaged.

Bin Laughin': Damaged?

On Safari: Yes, great one. The handle was missing. How can I deliver death to America with no handle?

Bin Laughin': You must pray. Allah will show you the way.

On Safari: Allah knows the way to Wal-Mart?

This kind of monitoring has been around as long as chat rooms have.

No chat room log has ever been used in a court of law....it is just chat.
