What does it profit a man in the United States of America to be married?
Beyond the nagging, menustrating, hormonal swings, sexual manipulation and crisis creation, she can still take half (plus attorney fees, yours and hers in some states) of everything you have and put the remainder in jeapordy of losing it. Lets not forget alimony and child support.
If I were a young man with the knowledge I have now and with a desire to protect the money I made and any property I owned, I would not marry. I would find a woman to live with and have kids with maybe but I don't think marriage today is worth the risk.
What is the failure rate of marriages today?
Would you gamble money on any other of lifes decisions with those kind of odds?
If you knewthe game was already rigged against you, would you still commit?
I would volunteer a day a year with high school seniors to lecture young men on all the traps in life if they would let me.

You can work this. Next time she complains about you being up late, tell her that you've been reading up on newborn care about how new moms and dads don't get a whole lot of sleep and you're "conditioning yourself" so that you can be a better help to her when the baby arrives. You're not up late just cuz. You're up late to be a help to her later.

Anyways, I've figured out that womwn were put on earth to hassle men so that we will be more productive. It's just nature running it's course, so, DO YO THANG and tell that woman to get in the kitchen and fix you a sammich while you're surfing ATS!!

I guess you missed my post about me usually going to be at a decent time because I have to get up for work early.

She is fine. I do my best and usually go to bed at a decent time.

I have to normally get up at 5 am to drive an hour or more to the jobsite.

It's all good she just got on my nerves a little bit.

I have been married to my husband over 20 years. he can't sleep until I come to bed, I would rather stay up but I have always gone to bed when he does because it is something he needs to sleep well...no problem giving that. I am glad you do most of the time, being pregnant "first or not" is hell!
"She is fine" no she won't be fine, she can't be fine, maybe she is well as can be but not 'fine".
