None of have the balls to ask such questions of tsa, as most off us fear the latex gloved hand, and being told to bend over!!

Well, they can plant it in people's luggage then bust them to show that they are doing their job and deserve a raise in pay for the agency. Some could wind up in a backpack left somewhere at the airport. Seems like this is a good purchase for possible sales tactics in the future, selling their necessity to be funded.

They're leaving it to be found by whoever kills the boss. .
