This would be great, the problem is that you are doing this against a corrupt administration that will do ANYTHING to disrupt it long before it happens or it could be as simple as a set up.

When you have an agenda that has infiltrated every part of a countries infrastructure you can trust no one and you really have no real way to vet the event.

Having said that I'm sure many will show up just because people are in need of something to counteract what's going on.......may go myself.

As much as I wish these people were not in office ... they have been elected or appointed, and having a mob run over DC and kick them out isn't how a Republic with a Democratic election process works. If 'We The People' want them out, then we have to present evidence in a court of law showing why they should be removed. Just the fact that they are scum isn't good enough reason to kick them out.

Oh boy! Let's go to Washington and hand the government over to the Republicans (according to the OP) because then everything will be skittles and rainbows. Come on people. Haven't we done this channel switching long enough to realize the solution does not exist in the current system. The rot is everywhere. Or is the collective memory really THAT short?

With the gerrymandering of the districts (carving out the heart of the states to make their person win) and changing floor rules to stop any genuine threat to the "political parties' chosen one" is some of the stuff they plan on protesting against.

I do agree that the Democratic election process we saw in 2012 was a blatant farce with rule changes and voter fraud via electronic vote counts; to much smoke to not believe the process was corrupted. Is this proposal the best way to handle the situation... According to the Col letters written and calls made have fallen on deaf ears in D.C. The main thing for us to consider is something is going to happen... How big how small will be up to the population of the States. To the poster who said he would not spread the word and would not participate even in spirit I can understand... Maybe you should apply for a job with some MSM.. If this goes down even with 1/10th participation (as outlined presently) it may be a big deal... thus the heads up...

Did you guys know that the U.S. government is going to be selling several post office properties worth several Billion dollars? Guess who has the no bid contract to sell those properties ? It is the husband of Pelosi... great gig if you have the stroke to make it happen no? Just one of many deals done where the people get short changed to line the pockets of our so called elected representatives..

It is time to force a change ? Will this amount to a hill of beans ? Or will it be 5 minutes of infamy for the protesters and then back to business as usual for the D.C. bunch ? OWS did not seem to accomplish much however I do believe this group will be much better organized and will have their talking points and the reason to be there in the first place figured out before the first booth hits the pavement in D.C. even if the numbers they want are a bust..

First of all, we are not enslaved unless we allow ourselves to be. The people out of work could start organizing change at the grass root (local and state) level. And those who are fortunate to still be working could support those efforts.

This is a false argument. And a lazy one. Like I said before, we so split over trivial and inconsequential issues, including this one under the broad sweeping banner of patriotism) that we don't focus on the root causes of what got us here to begin with.

This is the country that led the world for decades. The will and the framework and the ingenuity is still there, it's just being diverted by the very people who are really destroying this country. And that isn't anyone who would be at this revolution.

If you can not see how the people of this country have been manipulated, cheated and lied to then nothing I say will change how you feel. We did not choose to have this great country run into the ground, it was done by those that we trusted to have our best interest and you see where that got us.

I respect your opinion but I stand behind mine, we are enslaved and on so many levels.

Or just get "Some" Conservatives to stop voting in crazy wacko tea party obstructionist into the legitimate GOP wing of our government. Right now we have a 3 party system where the third party (TEA) is obstructing government from within the second party (GOP). GOP should kick them out and force them to form a marginalized third party (official tea party) where their antics will mean far less but still carry "some" reduced political weight. That way the Dems and Rep's can get on with creating useful sausage legislation (legislation based on compromise and areas of agreement) rather just having one broken party essentially destabilize the entirety of our government due to a cancer within it. Remove the tea Party cancer from GOP and our government can work again while the cancer can still have a voice albeit greatly diminished.

A revolution can only happen when everybody felt being oppressed or dissatisfied.

That is not the case with general Americans. As long they can munch burgers while watching Duck Commander, everything is fine.

Well fed sheep wont break the fence. They wont even notice if you take out one of them for your meal.
The plan is justified, but, well fed sheep wont break the fence.
It wont work, yet.

Look the person up and down, think a while, and continue whatever they are doing.
The person knew something is wrong, but, why bother ? let the other guy do it first, I'll watch it over the TV.

The cause is good, but its not time yet. For the benefits of others, the well fed sheep MUST NOT pass the fence. When the food is not fed to the sheep, and the others already distanced from the sheep, then do it.

And the idiots running this thing are going to fix that? None of what you say has not been the case since day one in the US. Nor is it different any place else. Of course running around callings you do not agree with "rogue" just comes off silly. Do you know anything about American history? You know the one that tells you that at our founding the only people who had rights were white men with property? Things are not prefect but, if you ever sit down and really learn our history things for the people have gotten much better.
