Wow, what a great country the USA is...

Having a stupendous great evening when you notice the casino is making use of your inability to make a sober choice..

How does this work...?

It is for a casino by law forbiden to let a drunken man gamble. So when you are drunk and the casino does not take notice of your "drinking problem" you are in a win situation. If you succeed you can leave the casino with your profit, if you lose you sue the casino and get your money back.
