Yes about that

also when pasting in the URL's of photo's off that englishrussia site into google, I am not getting any duplicates from 2008.

You do the same and get the same results.

Did a reverse image search which came up with a corresponding story but turns out it may be wrong as the spellings of the plant differ.

interesting group you found.

led me to this source, and yeah, fire is out apparently.. no injuries..

just found it a bit weird my friend didn't know anything about it.. not to mention it happened a good while ago.
first source was english and she didn't find anything on it, so we both just assumed it was just a hoax.

not gonna put all my eggs in one basket though, if it matters, it matters.

Nizhnekamskneftekhim is the name of the petrochemical factory

The company is one of the largest producers of rubber and plastics in the country , last year it was produced 639.8 thousand tons of rubber and 646.5 thousand tons of plastics. Currently "Nizhnekamskneftekhim" can provide consumers with 7 types of rubber ( isoprene, butyl , bromo- and chlorobutyl , polybutadiene - neodymium and lithium catalysts , butadiene -styrene ) and four types of plastics ( polystyrene, polypropylene , polyethylene, ABS plastics ) .

www.topof.ru...

Petrochemicals are chemical products derived from petroleum. Some chemical compounds made from petroleum are also obtained from other fossil fuels, such as coal or natural gas, or renewable sources such as corn or sugar cane. The two most common petrochemical classes are olefins (including ethylene and propylene) and aromatics (including benzene, toluene and xylene isomers). Oil refineries produce olefins and aromatics by fluid catalytic cracking of petroleum fractions. Chemical plants produce olefins by steam cracking of natural gas liquids like ethane and propane. Aromatics are produced by catalytic reforming of naphtha. Olefins and aromatics are the building-blocks for a wide range of materials such as solvents, detergents, and adhesives. Olefins are the basis for polymers and oligomers used in plastics, resins, fibers, elastomers, lubricants, and gels.

en.wikipedia.org...

So there we have it, research done, I don't think this is a real importance as it does not produce petroleum.

Nice work - I'm a qualified journalist and you've completely outdone me on this one - Proper investigation and facts, devoid of hyperbole - great stuff!

Chatter about this fire came up last night on the big thread, but the weblinks were dubious, and the significance of such a fire was lost in the banter of personal opinions.

www.abovetopsecret.com...

Fuel stocks are definitely being manipulated in the region, but to what end, is anyone's guess.

This is not a fuel stock though read the thread..

The conclusion in the end this is a petrochemical plant and not a refinery.

phewww.... (wipes sweat from brow)

I check that Dahboo77 Dude daily, and that would really suck to find out he was recycling old vids/pics. lol

He seems to be really on top of stuff, if you have the same view point as his.

I used to check the CourageousNerdz channel too a lot, before they got shut down.
