People usually mean different things when they say "Mind".

To some people, "Mind" means thoughts and emotions.
To others, "Mind" means The Awareness, the Empty State behind all of the "Thoughts" and "Emotions".

I think tha it is close to impossible to know what mind is not, since the basic premise of our existence is based on mind.
