Its a message to The West from Russia.

It reads: "We are deadly #ing serious. Dont dare think we are some little backwater ME nation that you can bully around."

Their official news release is hinting that they have a new way to evade missile defense shields. It may be a bluff.

I see this as a shot over the bow. I guess Russia and Kyrgyzstan have some type of agreement where Russia can use targets in their country for practice; For a fee I bet.

It hit it's target in a Russian operated ordinance proving ground. That is what proving grounds are for.

My question is what kind of ICBM did they reload the Topol launcher with, since the one they launched was a test/dud/target missle. That's the real question, I guess.

I'm an idiot I guess but please tell me , does that mean this area is for Russian ' target practice' and is not hitting any ' targets' that are people, buildings, towns, etc. ? Russia owns/ leases this area just for this purpose , so no one is being 'struck' by the missiles? TIA

attack with nukes. Only a miracle would stop that.

You mean the losing side would resort to nukes. Not necessarily, because that would result in Mutually Assured Destruction. There would be a mutiny before then.

I don't agree... War on this scale would way to fast.
Western Europe could not and would not Tolerate Russia Invading their soil.

Russia would not and could not tolerate NATO on theirs.

At the point of knowing either side is losing .. panic would set in and the order wold be given to fire a
small salvo of tactical nukes... THE END
