i think syxpak should give high 6's instead.

I am not a fan of changing jobs. So leveraging FTW is always a better deal than having to actually pack up your stuff and move locations.

Now you can save up for that dream vacation to the sandhills of West Texas that you didn't know you always dreamed of. LOL

Like a TRV or an Elise, but if Family be considered ... The Coventry lads seem to be on song !!!

Ed: It is more of a seat of the pants thing that I am trying to impart !

Sorry Cody - We have now entered the twilight zone !!!

Been there ! If you are a " Gun " - Industry speak is focussed on the the movers and shakers.

I rocked up to an interview - back in the day ...

Very confident in my standing within the industry. No resume - just props - physical demonstration ...
And - commanded my own price !

Passion shines ! You must love - or at least be passionate and dedicated to your driving interests.

Anthony Robbins - Eat my heart out !

Your own desire to be the best at what you do is KEY !

One day perhaps ill command a price. In the meantime, I have to sacrifice a bit on pay due to lack of education. If i would find an industry and stay in it....it would be easier. But i moved out of call centers into something different...and have had to kind of stagnate for the last 5 or so years.

It is looking like 2015 is shaping up to be a big year, though. If we keep doing well in 2014, anyway. LOL

Sounds like your plan is panning out ...

I am sure that is due; more to do with - good management and planning - rather than sheer luck.

Enjoy reaping what you have sown ...

I've actually discussed this with the wife,

She wants Florida or Vegas (Insert rolling eyes here) But if we do make it over I might take a flight over if finances allow and spend a few days around your neck of the woods, I'm dying to buy you a beer and meet ATS's resident van Gogh in person.

I'll have a word with her when she gets home BFFT,

I can't promise this yet as we don't know Mrs C's employment status next year yet as she is coming to the end of a one year contract, as a chemistry teacher, but her speciality is biology so we're unsure what will happen,

But rest assured it has been on my mind for a month or 2 now.

Not really BFFT,

On the Bentley's and Jaguars you do, also on the Range rover and, but not for your average Joe, petrol is not cheap over here just gonna do some maths ..........................

OK so we pay around £1.26 per litre that works out .............. make sure you're sitting down $9.53 per gallon.

V8's are very expensive run around here.

It's shame as I love the sound of a V8

Your better at numbers than me

so this is the math

£1.26/litre............1 gallon = 4.56 litres................the exchange rate is £1 to $1.66

So (1.26 x 4.46) X 1.66 =9.53

I think that's correct

What do you guys pay per gallon BFFT ?

Had to add this, I know it's cruel and I totally disagree with it, but I was just picturing you on the ride to work

I just added some fuel to an empty tank. I paid $3.28/gallon.

Then again, i can see pumpjacks, drilling rigs, and wind turbines everywhere i turn my head. And a huge oil refinery.
What really sucks is our fuel is more expensive here than any of the surrounding communities. Even though we are only trucking it across town from the refinery in some cases.
