Tandoori pork is the way to go

Man that was amazing, use crème fresh instead of yoghurt (adds a tang), chuck in loads of tandoori mix. Put salt pepper and garlic on the pork, slash the meat, (I used ribs) place in the crème fresh/ tandoori mix and massage that baby like you want sex afterwards.

Leave it as long as possible (in my case since this morning) in the fridge, Set the oven to bugger all and slow cook it until it's cooked through (just) whack up the grill and brown that baby off.
