There are some important guidelines to remember when selecting
your personal avatar (the picture under your name) and the signature
that appears in your post. Avatars must be in jpg or gif
format, no larger than 160px wide by 320px tall, and a file size
not exceeding 75k. Signatures may be no longer than 5

Member Upload Center
Each member is provided with their own upload space for posting
images on ATS domains. Your upload center is located in the MemberCenter on
the left of the screen. Please note that you can only post images
from your upload space to ATS domains (abovetopsecret.com, belowtopsecret.com,
atsnn.com, terroranalysis.com), but I have always found it best
to just handle everything at ATS. For more information, click
here.

ATS Store
Within the forum member center, you'll find a link for the ATS
Store in the left-side frame. This is where you can spend your
ATS points. On occasion, there will be special events, and even
merchandise prizes available for points purchases in the ATS Store.
Currently, the store offers options to increase your alloted upload
storage space, increase your private messaging U2U quota, create
custom background colors and images for your mini-profile seen
next to posts, alter the color of the text of your name seen in
your mini-profile, and purchase @abovetopsecret.com e-mail accounts
accessed by our new webmail system.

ATS Merchandise
Deny- To refuse to believe; reject.
Ignorance- The condition of
being uneducated, unaware, or uninformed.
The motto of ATS is "Deny Ignorance". Two very simple
words with simple meanings, yet when combined, a most powerful
paradigm is established.
How is ignorance denied? Information.
Where does information come from? People.
Who can you trust? No one!
So what can you do? It's simple. If you can't trust anybody, perhaps
you can trust everybody! ATS is where you go to put an ear to the
ground. It is a most valuable resource. It is a growing global
community of freethinking, open-minded people who share a sense
of urgency about current events and their effects on the future
of mankind. It is the denial of ignorance that binds us together.
Join us at AboveTop Secret.com and join us in wearing fashionable
ATS gear. Deny Ignorance in style.

Complaints/Suggestions
At the top left corner of your screen, you will see a link marked "Suggestions." This
is a way for you to communicate anonymously with ATS Staff regarding
any complaints or suggestions you have regarding any area of the
ATS community. Your message is 100% anonymous. All
messages are reviewed by staff and an appropriate decision is made. Please
note: if you'd like a response to your message, please include
your ATS user name. For more information, click

The Way Above Top Secret Award
In each member's mini-profile, you will see a button labeled "vote." Every
month, a member is awarded the "Way Above Top Secret" Award based
on the number of votes they receive from their peers. You have
three votes each month, and we encourage all ATS users to support
their fellow members by voting for those they feel contribute the
most to our community. For more information, click
here.

Ignoring
All members have the option to ignore the posts made by other
members. You will see a button labeled "ignore" under a member's
avatar in their mini-profile to the left of their posts. If you
choose to ignore someone, you will no longer be able to see their
posts. You can un-ignore someone by going to your Control
Panel; at the left of the screen towards the bottom, you will
see a list of those you've ignored, and a "delete" option. Please
note: you cannot ignore ATS Moderators, Super Moderators, or Administrators. For
more information, click
here.
