Phelps loves to hate. He feeds on it and wallows in it, similar to the way a pig wallows in a pool of its own excrement.
I think entirely too much time is wasted on his peculiar idiocy on the TV and on the internet. At the risk of indirectly giving Phelps still more publicity, I post the following link which is probably available elsewhere on ATS already.
